Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 8 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days once an order has shipped to receive the order.

N.E.W. Custom Creations Co LLC is not liable for any shipping delays due to the carrier. Once the product/order leaves the hands of N.E.W. Custom Creations Co LLC it is out of our control when you will receive the item and in what condition. If there are any concerns regarding any lost or damaged products please contact N.E.W. Custom Creations Co LLC IMMEDIATELY and be prepared to provide additional information (i.e. Pictures of damaged goods INCLUDING packaging in which the item was received).

Any lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of N.E.W. Custom Creation Co LLC and will need to be dealt ultimately through the shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping on certain items to the Domestic US.

Local delivery

Local delivery may be offered on a case by case basis to the Rhinelander, Minocqua, Wausau and Stevens Point Areas.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at n.e.w.customcreationsco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition as well as the packaging in which it was received. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
